In Abe’s Honor

OK, OK, I haven’t gone yet.

One more thought, before I hop on the Collins high-speed quad.

This comes from faithful blog reader and longtime “Mullenista” Frank Musgrave — in honor, I must think, of Abraham Lincoln’s actual birthday:

When I do good, I feel good. When I do bad,
I feel bad. And that’s my religion.

Guess I have a fleeting pang of jealousy…our snow around Tahoe/Truckee has been awful. Sierra cement.

But there is another recreation we have here in the wine country. I spent yesterday with a winemaker who is about to release a true nectar of the Gods..she`s been working on a rose of petite Sangiovese. The 2006 Cuvee is awesome, refreshing and gratifyingly delicious. Bacchus himself would be proud. Anyway I`m gonna have some at friday`s picnic.

Utah ? Sorry guys..your primitive laws forbid the importation.
